2006 Award Winners

This year at the Pennsylvania Farm Show wine competition Franklin Hill Vineyards brought home six awards. Our Brut won the GOLD! Come see why when we open it for tasting every weekend at all of our locations. Harvest Berry not only has a new look, but a brand new SILVER medal. A SILVER medal was also awarded to Desire. This wine is always a customer favorite! The 2004 vintage Cabernet Franc was chosen for a BRONZE medal. This wine is stunning. BRONZE medals also went to our wonderfully balanced Vidal Blanc as well as our best selling Sir Walter’s Red. We invite you to share our excitement and visit us to taste these award winning wines.

Finger Lakes International Wine Competition

Franklin HIll Vineyards was awarded a Silver medal for our Vidal Blanc and a Bronze medal for Sir Walter’s Red at the prestigious Fingerlakes International Wine Competition. This competition is stacked with some of the finest wines from around the world. Franklin Hill Vineyards is honored to be recognized among this crowd.

Pennsyvania Wine Association Awards

This year the Pennsylvania Wine Association awarded Franklin Hill Vineyards a Silver Medal for Sir Walter’s Red. This wine, formerly Country Red, has a new name and look (same fruity sweet taste) . A Gold Medal was awarded for Desire, our fun and fruity Mango wine. These wines are available at all four locations, Bangor, Bethlehem, Easton and Tannersville
