Adult Signature Requirement: We strongly suggest shipping your order to a business address whenever possible. State law, as well as FedEx policy, requires an adult signature (at least 21 years of age) at the time of delivery for every package containing wine. It is the shipper’s responsibility to ensure an adult is available to sign for the shipment at delivery. Shipments will not be delivered under the following circumstances: The recipient is not 21 years of age or older or does not have an acceptable form of ID such as a driver’s license, passport or birth certificate. The recipient shows signs of intoxication. Additional Shipping Information Delivery Schedule: Wine is shipped via FedEx, and normally arrives within five business days of placing your order. We make every effort to ensure your order arrives within three to five days after leaving our facility but do not guarantee delivery times. PO Boxes or APO/FPO: Unfortunately, USPS regulations restrict us from shipping alcohol to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
