Shipping Policies – We Cannot Ship Wine to the Following States

Being compliant with state laws, Franklin Hill Vineyards currently CANNOT ship wine to the following states. Please Call Customer Service at (888) 887-2839 with any questions.

  • Alabama
  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Illinois
  • Kentucky
  • Louisiana
  • Mississippi
  • New Hampshire
  • North Dakota
  • Texas
  • Utah
  • Virginia

Adult Signature Requirement: We strongly suggest shipping your order to a business address whenever possible. State law, as well as FedEx policy, requires an adult signature (at least 21 years of age) at the time of delivery for every package containing wine. It is the shipper’s responsibility to ensure an adult is available to sign for the shipment at delivery. Shipments will not be delivered under the following circumstances:

  • The recipient is not 21 years of age or older or does not have an acceptable form of ID such as a driver’s license, passport or birth certificate.
  • The recipient shows signs of intoxication.

Additional Shipping Information

Delivery Schedule: Wine is shipped via FedEx, and normally arrives within five business days of placing your order. We make every effort to ensure your order arrives within three days after leaving our facility.

PO Boxes or APO/FPO: Unfortunately, USPS regulations restrict us from shipping alcohol to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Returns Policy: Franklin Hill Vineyards stands behind every wine we make, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order and we will arrange for replacement (pending availability). Refund Policy: At this time, Franklin Hill Vineyards does not offer refunds on shipping.
